Issues:	The resident had a beautifully landscaped backyard with unique treatments around an assortment of planters and stepping-stones, all surrounding a custom pool and spa. He wanted to transition from the maintenance of natural grass to that of a lower-maintenance and cost-effective landscape solution.
CUT's Solution:	California Ultimate Turf (CUT) removed the existing grass and then graded and leveled the ground to integrate with the unique aspects of the landscape. CUT then ensured for proper drainage before installing the synthetic turf around unique landscaping layout.
