Description:	Install a synthetic turf solution for a private residence's 2,000 square foot residential front and backyard landscape.

Issues:	The existing "grass" landscape in both yards was having difficulties with water drainage and creating inconsistencies in both yards throughout the year.
CUT's Solution:	CUT demolished the existing grass/dirt and graded and leveled it for proper drainage. CUT then installed CUT 4000-3 with rubber infill for compaction and safety.
