| Project Name: |
City of Banning Water Conservation Facility |
| Location: |
Banning, CA |
| Description: |
Resurfacing of 3,000 square foot landscape area surrounding the City Water Conservation facility. |
| Completed: |
November 2005 |
| Issues: |
This area around the City Water Conservation facility was traditionally dry and difficult to maintain, especially with any attractive landscaping. The City sought a cost-effective landscape solution that would stay green year-round and be relatively low-maintenance. |
| CUT's Solution: |
California Ultimate Turf (CUT) removed the existing landscape and graded and leveled it for the best drainage and aesthetic balance. CUT then installed the synthetic turf, leaving the City with significant water conservation and drainage benefits on top of a green landscape. |
| Client Testimonials: |
"This type of landscape—the synthetic turf—shows the benefits of an application like this by saving water, electricity and city resources. Thank you, CUT!" – Duane Burke, City Planner |
